Our team of assistants are located across South Africa, serving clients both locally and internationally. Each of our assistants have an office setup from wherever they are. This means they have full access to laptops and internet connectivity.

What means of Communication is used when i Deal with my Virtual Assistant?

We strive to make life easier for you, so we adapt to the tools and platforms that work for you. Our existing clients delegate tasks through platforms such as Skype, Zoom, Whats App Messenger, Email, etc.

Will I have One Dedicated Assistant or Multiple Assistants Managing My Tasks

One assistant is placed to take care of your administrative needs as this ensures a long term, effective working relationship is built whereby he/she will get to know you and understand your business so that we can provide you with the very best service, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

Can my Virtual Assistant Manage my Email Inbox and Calander

Yes indeed! Your assistant is here to make life easier! Simply share and grant permission to your assistant and you are on your way to more freed up time. Your VA can read, send, and delete messages on your behalf. Also, your VA can make use of his/her dedicated  email address or alternatively you can have them send emails from your domain instead.

Once I Have Signed up what can I Expect Next

Through our sign-up process we obtain information from you to determine what specific tasks you require to be done, and what skills are required to complete these tasks. This exchange helps us place the right assistant. Once we have identified the assistant that will be supporting you our coordinator will introduce you via email. We aim to introduce you to your VA within 3 business days of signing up.

What is the Turnaround Time On Tasks

Turnaround times vary according to the complexity and volume of tasks given. Our Virtual Assistants are a shared resource among our valued clients. Our VA’s manage and schedule their own diaries to best serve you and your incoming tasks with priority, therefore we do not offer immediate turnaround.  Feel free to give your assistant deadlines on tasks and projects as this is a great way to manage expectations.

How Does Beautifully Brainy VA Pricing Work

Each of our options have different payment terms which can be discussed with our onboarding specialist during the signup process.With the Ad hoc Option, the client may choose to pay for the services upfront or immediately upon receipt of an invoice from Beautifully Brainy Virtual Assist.

Payment will be made via electronic fund transfer (EFT)

With the Temporary Option payment for the services will be made immediately upon receipt of an invoice from Beautifully Brainy Virtual Assist., via electronic fund transfer (EFT).

A 50% deposit is required before work commences.
With Instruct & Run the client may choose to pay for the services upfront in an effort to protect his/her budget. Under special circumstances payment may be made in arrears upon presentation of an invoice from Beautifully Brainy Virtual Assist. payments will be via electronic fund transfer (EFT).

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

EFT Transactions only!

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes indeed, we are not using Credit Card payments online, only EFT direct electronic transfers!

When Will I receive my First Invoice

Terms and Conditions

1. Consultations and quotations are free and are carried out by email or telephone or in person if required. 2. Work can be accepted from the client by email, post, CD-Rom, USB drive or courier. 3. All work carried out by us will be proof-read, however final proof-reading of the work lies with the client and needs to be signed off 4. For larger projects a time frame will be negotiated with the client. 5. We do not accept liability or responsibility for the end use of any documents or materials produced or edited by us on behalf of the client. 6. We reserve the right to reject any work which we believe to be unlawful or immoral.

Payment Terms

1. Payments can be made via bank transfer. 2. Packages must be paid for in advance. Thereafter, a package will be valid for 4 weeks from the date of the first request for services. The first request for services must be made within 2 weeks of the date of payment. 3. A fee of R150.00 will be charged for any returned cheques. 4. Project work (pay as you go work) payments will be invoiced on completion of the work and payment is due 14 days from the date of invoice. 5. Any additional costs incurred for example, postage, courier, will be invoiced separately to the client as ‘Additional Expenses’. 6. Overdue invoices may result in interest charges (at the rate of 8%) for the total outstanding per month. 7. In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.

Privacy Policy

We guarantee the highest level of confidentiality at all times. We do not pass or sell client information on to 3rd parties unless requested to do so by the client. If required we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
